Photoclub „CAMERA“ & Friends – virtual exhibition
As part of the Görlitz photo festival “Schauplätze” the exhibition will be shown from 21.10. – 28.11.20 in the virtual exhibition centre “Kunstbastei Hotherturm”.

The cultural heritage of Bunzlau pottery
The exhibition captures the creative work of ceramic artists participating in the “International Ceramic and Sculpture Parade Plein-Air” in Bolesławiec (PL, 2018 + 2019) and futhermore the activities of the paratheatrical group “Glinoludy” – a long-term guest of the Ceramic Parade. For photographers, clay becomes a mysterious medium which forces literally “forming a photographic image”.
The authors are members of the Photographic Association “Kamera” in Boleslawiec and artists from Czechia invited by them – Ctibor Kostal, president of the Association of Artists in Trutnov and Bretislav Jansa, president of the Photographers’ Association “Kontakt” (Euroregion Nysa).

The photo club “CAMERA” was founded in 2010 by a group of photo enthusiasts from Bolesławiec and its surrounding cities.
The association encourages photography by organising exhibitions, open-air workshops or photo contests open to all. It also organises lectures and meetings with authors, as well as educational activities for young people at school and in leisure time.
Members of the association successfully take part in national and international photo contests.
